PURPOSE OF POLICY

The purpose of this page is to describe how this website manages the website users’ personal data, which will be managed pursuant to regulations of permissibility, fairness, relevance and non excess.

This policy was drafted pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 – Data Protection Code for those who interact with Conserve Bonetto’s website services, accessible via the Internet through www.conservebonetto.com, the home page of the official website of Conserve Bonetto di Sperotto M.Pia.

The policy is valid only for the Conserve Bonetto website and not for other websites consulted by the user through links.

The policy is guided by Recommendation no. 2/2001 adopted on 17 May 2001 by the European authorities for the protection of personal data, united in the Working Party instituted by art. 29 of directive no. 95/46/CE. SUBJECTS’ RIGHTS

The subjects to which the personal data refers to have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of said data and to know their content and origin, verify their accuracy or ask for their integration or update, or their rectification (art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003).

Pursuant to the same article, one can ask for the erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, as well as oppose their processing for legitimate reasons.
